My little Maggie is four months old today. A third of a year. She's going to be eating cereal and Stage 1 baby food real soon. We took out the little pillow for head that was in her car seat. We have to move the straps up to the next level. She's turning into a big girl.
Last night was night one of the baby crack machine. And well, folks, Miss Maggie slept from 7:15 till 3 a.m., when she woke to eat, and then slept till mommy woke her up today. So we are 1 for 1 on BCM (baby crack machine). PJ LOVES the thing -- it has a projector option, and he just thought it was the awesomeest thing ever...too bad we never got one for him, but still he's pretty much asleep already when he gets in his room, so oh well.
It is fucking freezing in Chicago today. We're talking -7 without the wind chill. Hasn't been this cold in awhile. In other news, it's supposed to be in the high 30s this weekend, which is good since we have a wedding on Saturday and since I am an anti-nylon wearing kind of gal, my legs will be bare. I am looking forward to the wedding, it will be nice to be out and having a good time with some good friends, and oh, of course, my husband. ;)
My children are so thoughtful, they sent their grandmas Valentine's Day cards. They really are very thoughtful kids. :) Grandma Cheryl called me last night to thank me for them -- funny she didnt' call her son. :)
